Bassle WIP

This is just a WIP. I promise to update it later with something, better.
This is the Bassle, a dragon like creature that roams Asmath. It is uassally the size of a Bao constricter or smaller, but it has been known to grow bigger. They live near and in water. This is the male of the species. The female have fins. They are coloured to match their sorroundings. More later.
